Come grab a treat from Andover Tutoring Scene at St. Vincent de Paul's Trunk or Treat on Halloween (4-6PM) on your way to tutoring! The Andover Chamber of Commerce hosts this event every year, so be sure support local businesses as you celebrate the holiday.
