Kyle Shook, Math Section and Cumulative Review

Kyle created and piloted Andover Tutoring Scene's ACT Prep Course.

He has taught all sections of the ACT, but specializes in the Math portion. While pursuing his Finance degree at WSU, Kyle also took Trigonometry, Business Calculus, Calculus 1 & 2, and Physics 1 & 2. Kyle is gifted in identifying students' ACT pitfalls and helping them navigate around their weak points. "My style of teaching is always tailored to the unique students I'm currently teaching. There is no one-size-fits-all for test-taking."

Jen Boyet, English and Reading Sections

Jen has been teaching students academic writing since 2012. She holds both her bachelor's and master's degrees in History from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. In addition to helping ATS's ACT students master the English and Reading portions of the exam, she also instructs college students on the best ways to craft analytical essays. "Mastering the Reading portion is the key to succeeding in all other sections: they're all reading based."

Jeff Eberle, Science Section

Jeff began teaching science at the secondary level in 2016. He received his degree in Education with a concentration in Earth and Space Science from Wichita State University. Jeff believes the key to acing the Science section is knowing and understanding the different passage types. On average, his students increase 4 points on the Science section.
